GREATER AUTONOMY HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF UKRAINE TODAY

The article is devoted to specific issues of expanding the autonomy of higher education instituted as a fundamental principle of the institution of higher education. Despite the problems only if the consistent implementation of university autonomy in Ukraine becomes possible formation of a competitive education system. Bologna Process confirmed the independence and autonomy of universities as a basis for confidence that the system of higher education and research will continuously adapt to changing needs, society and the need for development of scientific knowledge. As to the signing of this declaration (statement) Ministers of Education, and after the signing process integrates higher school in Europe was at several levels, of which the principal is a specific level of universities, especially universities, forced to go to meet students interest in education, which were found in several countries simply to increase the chances of finding a job.
