The collection is included in the List of scientific professional publications of Ukraine of (category B) according to the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine № 1218 dated 07.11.2018 (Annex 9).

Periodicity: 4 times a year.

All articles in the collection are assigned an identifier of a digital object for indexing scientific articles of the DOI (OI: https://doi.org/10.32689/2617-2224). This not only raises the publication activity of the collection, but also expands its ability to be represented in the well-known science-computer databases of Web of Science, Scopus.

In order to increase the cognitive and publication activity of the collection, it has been added to the international scientometric databases Index Copernicus, ResearchBib, Polish Scholarly Bibliography, Electronic Journals Library, InfoBase Index, Google Scholar Search, also it was included in the abstract database «Україніка наукова» and in the Ukrainian abstract journal «Джерело» (Series 3. Social and Human Sciences. Arts).

For today, in the collection about 500 current scientific articles published, the circulation of each issue reaches 300 copies. Compulsorily, the collection is sent to all authors, dispatch to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Administration of the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service, other central government bodies, regional state administrations, leading libraries and higher educational institutions of Ukraine.

Only original scientific articles are published in the scientific journal. The articles are checked for plagiarism using the software StrikePlagiarism.com developed by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.
