Abstract

In the article, the author examines the development of education in the context of Industry 5.0. It is noted that Industry 5.0 is action-oriented and aimed at transforming human well-being and sustainable development. The development of education in the context of Industry 5.0 includes the integration of new technologies and approaches into educational processes to train specialists who can work effectively in an environment where the interaction between people and machines is key. The emphasis is also placed on developing the skills necessary to support sustainable development, social responsibility and innovative thinking, which are the main components of Industry 5.0. It has been established that before the outbreak of a full-scale war in Ukraine, the European Commission recognized that Industry 4.0, which is based on automation and digital technologies, is losing its relevance in the context of Strategy 2030. The purpose of the study is to analyze the key characteristics of Industry 5.0 and its impact on education; to identify the main challenges and priorities for the development of education in the context of Industry 5.0. The research methodology is based on the analytical method through the analysis of scientific literature on the research problem. The scientific novelty of the study is to describe the features of the implementation of Industry 5.0, the introduction of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics and the Internet of Things (IoT) in educational processes, which will prepare students to work in the context of Industry 5.0. Conclusions of the study. The study shows that Industry 5.0 technologies have significant potential for improving education and training of specialists who meet the requirements of the modern world. It is important to use these opportunities wisely and responsibly to create an inclusive and effective education system for all. Industry 5.0 represents a significant step forward in the development of industry and production, combining advanced technologies with a focus on people, sustainable growth and individual, adapted needs of future professionals.
