An important factor in the development of Ukraine, overcoming crisis phenomena in the financial sector is the modernization of the professional education system in general to international standards. The integration of our country into the European educational space, as well as its orientation towards the developed countries of the world, led to the emergence of new requirements for the training of students – future translators for professional activities. It is important that mastering a foreign language now accounts for 50 to 85% of a specialist’s financial success. As you know, future translators experience difficulties in communication very often already during practices. Sometimes they cannot clearly express their opinion and defend it, avoid conflict situations, overcome psychological barriers of interpersonal interaction. It is important to focus on «live communication» with German speakers in German-speaking countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Liechtenstein. It is necessary to focus attention on the principles of education (the principle of the unity of educational, developmental and educational functions of education; the principle of scientific content and methods of education; the principle of systematicity and consistency; the principle of strength of knowledge; the principle of accessibility; the principle of consciousness and activity of students; the principle of visibility; the principle of communication of education with practice; the principle of individualization), on the content of studies at the faculty, which is carried out in three directions: theoretical, practical, moral and psychological. It is worth paying attention in the educational process to ensuring the interconnection of intersubject coordination of all cycles of specialized and humanitarian educational disciplines. An important problem today is the problem of lack of interdisciplinary coordination of cycles of educational disciplines. As a result of training, students should: freely communicate on professional issues with specialists and non- specialists in national and foreign languages orally and in writing, use them to organize effective intercultural communication; work effectively with information: select the necessary information from various sources, in particular from professional literature and electronic databases, critically analyze and interpret it, arrange, classify and systematize it; to know and understand the language system, the general properties of literature as an art of words, the history of language and literature being studied, and to be able to apply this knowledge in professional activities; characterize the dialectal and social varieties of the language being studied, describe the sociolinguistic situation; to use the language being studied, in oral and written form, in different genre-stylistic varieties and registers of communication (official, unofficial, neutral), to solve communicative tasks in everyday, social, educational, professional, scientific spheres of life.
