FEATURES OF INTERNATIONAL REGULATION IN THE SPHERE OF PHYSICAL CULTURE AND SPORTS

Abstract

The article examines the impact of physical activity on the health of the population and the importance of its development and regulation at the international level. The authors emphasize the importance of physical culture as a key factor in maintaining health, analyze the problems of Ukraine in the context of health and life expectancy of the population in comparison with other countries. The article also examines the history and evolution of the international sports movement, including the importance of the Olympic Games and the impact of international sport on international relations and politics. Emphasis is placed on the need to develop and regulate physical culture and sports at the international level. The article also examines the peculiarities of international legislation in the field of sports, analyzing various international agreements and conventions. She emphasizes the importance of harmonizing national legislation with international standards to ensure effective development of the sports industry. The authors offer recommendations for improving international cooperation and Ukraine’s participation in international sports organizations. The conclusions of the article note the importance of Ukraine’s integration into the global sports context, in order to improve the quality of life of the population and promote a healthy lifestyle. It also focuses on sport development strategies at the local and national levels, discussing the role of government, community organizations and the private sector in promoting physical activity.
