Abstract

Civil society in Ukraine is still at the stage of formation, but it is developing very rapidly due to the challenges in the state. The interaction between the state and civil society is very important for both sides and opens up many opportunities. Due to the synergy of interaction between the state and civil society, changes occur faster and with better quality. Today, in the era of new technologies, new horizons are opening for the interaction of the state with civil society. Interaction with most government institutions using the «Diia» application has already become commonplace, and most citizens now cannot imagine their lives without it. In addition to «Diia», there are many tools of e-democracy that simplify the communication of citizens with the state and help to interact faster in the conditions of modern challenges. Also, it is worth noting that electronic democracy tools can significantly reduce state and local budget expenditures. In the realities of war, this is extremely important and will help direct free budget funds to support Ukraine's defense capability. It is worth saying that Ukraine has seriously taken up the implementation of electronic democracy tools, which can be confirmed by the recognition in the international arena of the results of digitalization of administrative services. The development of e-democracy tools for interaction between the state and civil society is a positive factor and makes it possible to obtain better results from cooperation. Currently, our state is getting used to constant cooperation with civil society and is increasingly involving it in the process of creating management decisions. The importance of direct dialogue between the government and civil society cannot be overestimated. Today, the tools of electronic democracy in Ukraine are developing rapidly and have good prospects of bringing many benefits during the martial law and in the future peaceful life.
