Abstract

In this article the task is to clarify certain key concepts (terms) related to the management of personnel, regardless of the sphere of economic, socially useful
and other activities. This is the man-centered nature of any work. A well-balanced, optimal understanding of the essential features of such a concept as “human potential” is an essential condition for efficient, effective management of personnel as a holistic system.
The urgency of the problem of systematization according to age characteristics of man in the field of management activities is associated with many spheres of economic, political, moral and spiritual life, with the fact that in the era of unprecedented appearance and use of new innovative, information technologies, means of increasing the intensification of labor, the human factor was and remains decisive. Ahead of knowledge, professionalism, there is a human factor, which is highly involved and purely technological, motivational, psychological aspects. Given the  above, there is a need for a more in-depth analysis of the phenomenon of “human capital” as an integral component, and in the long run — the management of personnel, that is, human capital.
The main principles and factors of increasing the role of human potential in all spheres of social activity are analyzed. The concept of a human centered approach to personnel management is substantiated. Human potential, as argued in the article, is a more important, decisive factor in improving labor productivity, and, consequently, social progress in general. It is emphasized on the necessity of a differentiated (by age) approach to the
assessment and use of human potential in activities. Young people and elderly people, as specific social groups (categories), have been exposed to cremation. It attaches great importance to the use of personnel in the management of new information techniques and technologies. Such techniques and technologies are the result of the latest scientific developments. 77 Emphasizes the role and significance of special innovative factors in personnel
work. Such factors serve as specific motivational tools that motivate a person to work more intensely. Attention is drawn to the need for a more in-depth, integrated approach to the study of human potential, which will allow for more effective its practical use.
