Abstract
Since the introduction of the President of Ukraine, it is in constant dynamics and development. This is due to the absence in Ukraine sufficient experience of
the institute president, which is an objective view of the long absence of an independent Ukrainian state. We need to search for such a model institution of the
President of Ukraine, which would ensure the proper functioning of the political, economic, social and other spheres of public life.
