Abstract

The article is devoted to the formation and development of the organizational and legal mechanism for the protection of human informational rights, highlighting their globalization context and connection with international legal norms. The author highlights the impact of globalization on social relations and processes, emphasizes the growing role of information in the modern world. The article examines the historical periods of the development of human rights, their implementation and application in different countries. Contemporary challenges and prospects for the development of informational rights in the context of information technologies and information society, which form the basis of a dynamic and interconnected global environment, are also highlighted. The article reveals the importance of freedom of speech and information as fundamental human rights, identifying them as a necessary condition for the development of a democratic society. The author analyzes various international documents and norms establishing these rights, examining them through the prism of historical development and modern requirements of the information age.
