ВПЛИВ КРЕДИТНО-ФІНАНСОВИХ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙ НА ДІЯЛЬНІСТЬ МІЖНАРОДНОГО БІЗНЕСУ

У статті досліджується роль кредитно-фінансових організацій у функціонуванні та розвитку міжнародного бізнесу. Розглянуто основні механізми впливу банківських та небанківських фінансових інституцій на процеси міжнародної торгівлі, інвестиційної діяльності та формування глобального ринку капіталу. Встановлено, що діяльність таких організацій є важливим чинником стабілізації світової економіки, оскільки вони забезпечують доступ до фінансових ресурсів, сприяють зменшенню ризиків та формують умови для розвитку інноваційних бізнес-моделей. Окрему увагу приділено проблемам регулювання діяльності міжнародних кредитно-фінансових структур, зокрема, в умовах економічної турбулентності та глобальних криз. Визначено, що подальше дослідження потребує аналізу ефективності механізмів міжнародного співробітництва у фінансовій сфері, а також пошуку нових підходів до зміцнення довіри між бізнесом і фінансовими організаціями.
