Abstract

The purpose of the research is to substantiate the feasibility of managing the effectiveness of the company's digital business strategy based on resource approach and dynamic capabilities, including human capabilities, teamwork, innovation and technical capabilities to stimulate digital transformation. The article explores the concepts of digital transformation in business. Methodology: based on the methods of generalization of scientific research, it is proposed to understand the digital business strategy as a comprehensive action plan formulated for the development of managerial and operational capabilities and obtaining competitive values in the context of digital transformation. Using the methods of logical thinking and economic analysis, it has been proven that firms seeking digital transformation need digital capabilities and resources to provide dynamic capabilities (ie flexibility, speed and high adaptability) to ensure rapid response and ability to take full advantage of background of rapid change. The importance of system efficiency in the digital business strategy of the company is substantiated. Possible options for implementing a digital business strategy and the interaction of digital strategy, business and IT strategies are considered. Emphasis is placed on the fact that the cross-functional nature of digital business strategy has made static analysis increasingly inefficient in recent years, increasing the demand for continuous and dynamic reconfiguration of business resources in various organizational processes, including capacity building in operational management, management, innovation and growing customer requirements. Scientific novelty: тhe definition of digital business strategy as a comprehensive action plan formulated for the development of managerial and operational capabilities and gaining competitive advantage in terms of digital transformation and taking into account dynamic capabilities is proposed.Dynamic capabilities have been proven to be an important tool for ensuring the efficiency of digital transformation. It is argued that firms seeking digital transformation need digital capabilities and resources to provide dynamic capabilities (ie flexibility, speed and high adaptability) and rapid response of management to change, including the ability to take full advantage of these changes. Conclusions. Digital transformation has been found to require employees with a high level of data analysis skills and problem-solving skills through digital tools and digital work environments, and organizations should be willing to work with other companies to help overcome potential challenges and opportunities to increase opportunities. to achieve effective business results. The main ways leading to effective management of digital business strategy of the firm are offered.
