CONCEPTUALIZATION OF THE IMPLEMENTATION MODEL OF THE SPECIAL REGIME FOR THE RESTORATION OF THE TERRITORIES OF UKRAINE

The article is devoted to the scientific and methodological substantiation of a special regime for the restoration and development of territories affected by armed aggression against Ukraine. The conceptual model of the special regime for the restoration of territories is aimed at the restoration and stimulation of the development of the de-occupied and/or territories of Ukraine affected by hostilities. Restoration of post-war territories should take place on the basis of the implementation of the following measures. First, it is the restoration of technical infrastructure, reconstruction and modernization of engineering networks and structures. Secondly, the restoration of social infrastructure - ensuring access to educational, health care, cultural, etc. institutions. Thirdly, business support is the creation of favorable conditions for entrepreneurial activity. Fourth, protection of the population – creation of safe living conditions.
