IMPACT OF MILITARY ACTIONS ON THE FINANCIAL AND INVESTMENT ACTIVITIES OF MILK PROCESSING ENTERPRISES OF UKRAINE

The purpose of the article is a general assessment of the state of development of domestic milk processing enterprises, a study of changes in investment opportunities and financial results of the activity of milk processing enterprises of Ukraine in the conditions of a full-scale invasion of russia. During the conducted research, the following methods were used: analysis and synthesis, generalization and statistical method - when assessing the state of development of the dairy industry and the structure of import and export of dairy products; horizontal and vertical analysis, the method of analysis of absolute and relative values, coefficient analysis - when evaluating the main technical and economic indicators of the activity of milk processing enterprises; logical approach - when justifying the author's research conclusions. The article provides an assessment of the impact of military operations on the state of the dairy industry of Ukraine; identified negative factors that destabilize the development of the dairy industry and lead to its decline; changes in the volumes of sold dairy products of domestic producers for 2018-2022 were investigated. Statistical data on changes in the structure of import and export of dairy products since the beginning of hostilities were evaluated; it was established that the current state of the dairy sector can be characterized as surplus with export orientation. The total number of milk processing enterprises of Ukraine as of November 1, 2022 was identified and the largest producers of dairy products were identified. It has been proven that military aggression by the Russian Federation had a significant impact on the indicators of production, financial and investment activities of milk processing enterprises of Ukraine, which was reflected in the competitiveness of dairy enterprises in particular. The article provides an assessment of the impact of a full-scale invasion of russia on the effectiveness and technical and economic indicators of the activities of TDV "Yagotinsky Maslozavod" and PJSC "Wimm-Bill-Dann Ukraine" for 2020-2022; the main effective instruments of state support for the dairy industry and measures to ensure the sufficiency of working capital to finance the current production activities of milk processing enterprises, etc., are substantiated.
