FORMATION OF COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES OF MARKET PLAYERS BASED ON THE USE OF BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY

The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of forming competitive advantages of real estate market players on the basis of blockchain technology. It is emphasised that the use of blockchain in various areas of the national economy, in particular the real estate market, provides numerous advantages to the subjects of these markets, in particular, it has a positive impact on transparency, security, decentralisation, efficiency, cost reduction, transaction speed, data reliability, accessibility, supply chain monitoring, and the possibility of tokenisation. The paper identifies the most promising and important areas of blockchain use in the real estate market: real estate tokenisation, smart contracts, transparency of the property chain, secure storage and verification of personal data of market participants. The publication provides a detailed analysis of the tools that blockchain uses to influence the change in the real estate market, ensuring its transparency, security and efficiency.
