EVALUATION AND ANALYSIS OF HEDGING TOOLS TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE SPECIFICS OF THE AGRICULTURAL MARKET
Abstract
The main instruments to protect against fluctuations in exchange agrarian market of maize, analyzed ways to use hedging to minimize risk. Because a great influence on the formation of prices of agricultural products have seasonality, fluctuations in production, climatic conditions. The cumulative impact of these factors increases the risks of the agricultural business. Overcoming their negative influence on entrepreneurial activity in agriculture necessitates the use of progressive elements of market regulation, including hedging instruments.
