WAYS POPULARIZING THE STATE LANGUAGE BY MEANS OF TOURISM

The article clarifies the role and significance of the state language as a factor that changes the nation and a factor of national security; the trend of de-Russification of the population during the period of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation has been analyzed; the issue of developing a legal mechanism for establishing the Ukrainian language as the state language has been highlighted; the processes of transition to the state language of tourist facilities have been investigated; the ways of the comprehensive development of the Ukrainian language as one of the separate components of the national identity of the Ukrainian people have been defined; the possibilities of additional implementation of the Ukrainian language in the tourism sphere have been described. Based on the data of tourist statistical reporting, a comparison of the share of events held in the state and other languages has been carried out, the distribution of excursions depending on the use of language support has been determined, which made it possible to analyze the dynamics of the use of the state language during 2020-2023. The economic losses and the distribution of indirect losses in the cultural, tourism and sports spheres have been highlighted, the number of tax revenues from the tourism sector during 2021-2023 has been analyzed, estimated losses from military operations for the national cultural heritage, nature reserve fund, historical, architectural and archeology monuments have been determined. The importance of an innovative approach to the promotion of tourism in Ukraine has been emphasized, in particular the projects "#TravelUkraine", "Tourist Magnets", "UkraineNOW", "Memory Routes" proposed by the State Tourism Development Agency. Taking into account the proposed ways of popularizing the state language with the help of tourism, the prospects for further research using foreign experience in the implementation of tourist activities in countries that are in a state of military operations have been outlined.
