THE CONCEPT OF DEAD WATER: DIRECTIONS OF INTERPRETATION OF DESTRUCTIVE GEOPOLITICAL IDEOLOGY ON THE EXAMPLE OF THE WAR OF THE PUTIN REGIME AGAINST THE UKRAINIAN STATE

Abstract

The range of the scientific problem of the article is devoted to determine the combination of methodological and integration disciplinary approaches to solve it. The logic of the study provides for the establishment of a mutual correlation between the creation of the geostrategy of the modern Ukrainian state and the understanding of the origins of the formation of neo-Nazi doctrines when implementing destructive geopolitical practice, as in the case of the Putin regime’s war against Ukraine. Retrospective analysis facilitated the analysis of the elements and evolution of the “dead water” concept in Russian fairy tales, individual libreto operas, and other folklore works of art. A binary interpretation of the key concept was defined. The author gives numerous specific examples of theft of Ukrainian folklore with the further use of certain fairy-tale heroes in Russian fairy tales. Using the method of geostrategic discourse, it is presented the author’s model interpreting the concept of “dead water” prior to the Putin regime’s war against Ukraine through a consistent characteristic: demilitarization and denazification, sprinkling with dead water and the formation of an anti-national and pro-Russian government in sub-Russian Ukraine. It is concluded that: 1) the goal of the Putin regime is the radical elimination of Ukrainianness as a phenomenon with all its structural elements and connections, including the national state and the state nation; 2) Europe is subject to existential threat due to a lack of understanding of the genuine goals of the expansionist policy of the Putin regime; 3) the implementation of the concept of the “Russian Empire version 3.0” is possible provided that Europe quits direct power assistance to Ukraine and is only limited to the supply of weapons and economic sanctions, that is, limited to resource one without direct military support in the form of regular troops; 4) negotiations with the Putin regime are potential only from the standpoint of force, and other formats are not acceptable for the further peaceful state: they are attempts to plunge our state into a long-lasting vortex of extermination; 5) the rebirth of Ukrainianness is possible only through victory over the enemy and deep advancement of the internal world and creation of the state nation culture; 6) only power can stand against power; 7) the Putin regime’s war against Ukrainianness is an extension of several centuries of struggle against the Ukrainian state.
