History of the journal

The journal was founded in 2015 by Interregional Academy of Personnel Management and the All-Ukrainian Assembly of Doctors of Public Administration.

Since March 2021, Interregional Academy of Personnel Management is the sole founder.

According to the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1218, dated 07.11.2018  (Appendix 9), the journal is included in the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine (category “B”) in the specialty “Public Management and Administration”.
