EDUCATIONAL ISSUES IN THE ONLINE PUBLICATION “RAI” DURING A PERIOD OF UNCERTAINTY

Regional media platforms strengthen the connection between members of the same community, as they represent the voice of the public, broadcasting information about its socio-economic problems. Currently, the development of society is focused on the communication personalization of an audience with more localized interests, and the online format of a news resource best meets such requests. The article aims to highlight the real state of representation of the mentioned issues on the air of the RIA publication, as well as approaches to its interpretation. The article identifies the place of regional information resources in the current communication paradigm, the practical implementation of which is based on segmented information interests, digital innovations and concepts of global journalism in media discourse. The transformation of the system of functioning of Ukrainian information resources against the backdrop of the war is characterized, the dynamics of the behavioral response of the media audience are substantiated. The transformation of the quantitative presentation of specialized content on regional television during the war years is traced, the main news narratives are identified, and the reasons for the change in vectors in the presentation of educational issues are understood. It is worth noting that the dynamics of the context of covering educational issues in the considered regional media recently reflect key social trends and a gradual focus on the problems of forming a holistic picture of the reality of the development of the educational environment, the progress of public dialogue and understanding the difficulties associated with military aggression. The importance of local news platforms in the context of forming a holistic picture of reality, advancing public dialogue, and awareness of the challenges of war for the functioning of the educational environment is proven
