DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION IN THE DIGITAL AGE: INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS TO ENSURING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES

The article is devoted to the study of the development of education in the digital age. The article analyzes modern digital tools and solutions that are actively implemented in the educational space and affect the quality of education. Digitalization of educational services is the basic direction of educational changes. The key challenges regarding the digitalization of education are identified and analyzed. In particular, regarding the ability of educational institutions to meet the expectations of the digital generation, regarding the use of digital tools in the educational space and their role, regarding the competition of educational institutions among themselves and the struggle for education in the digital age. Attention is focused on the fact that the quality of education is a strategic priority in the era of digital development, as well as a prerequisite for economic development, the sustainability of democracy and social cohesion. The issue of using and implementing new education standards that should meet today’s realities is outlined. The article examines the content of the new educational philosophy and finds that it is built on trust, partnership and openness. Ways are proposed to improve the quality of education to a new level, in particular through the use of digital technologies and tools. It is noted that the introduction of digital technologies is fundamentally changing education, the entire educational process and educational philosophy. Since these technologies are a tool that can ensure mobility and continuity of the educational process. The education system is characterized by new features: there is a large number of educational platforms and technologies, and management decisions are made on the basis of generalized systematized data. At the same time, the use of digital technologies makes it possible to rethink and rebuild educational philosophy. And this requires synergy, cooperation and a common strategic vision of all participants in the educational process and the educational community.
