INTERNATIONAL CREDIT AND SETTLEMENT AND CURRENCY OPERATIONS AS A COMPONENT OF CORPORATE BUSINESS

Abstract

There are three phases of the creation of corporations from an individual entrepreneur, through a limited liability company to a joint-stock company. Today, Ukrainian corporations are going through the second phase with their subsequent transformation into JSCs. These players are the most active in the market of financial services, in addition, the definition of a TNC implies the presence of a powerful banking source and the provision of a full range of financial operations. That is why the combination of international credit and settlement and currency transactions with corporate business is an urgent issue. The study included a number of tasks: determining the place of the ICRVO in the system of international economic relations, characterizing the ICRVO as a form and element of the IER; to analyze the participation of TNCs in ICRVO; determine the conditions for the formation of international banks. The structure of the system of international economic relations was given, indicating the place of the ICRC in this structure. It was also noted that the ICRVO is a form of the second element of international economic relations, namely international monetary and financial relations. However, other forms of IER also include the financial aspect of their development. Yes, international trade is impossible without the formation of financial conditions for conducting trade business, because buying and selling involves the supply of goods or services and, accordingly, their payment. And such payment is carried out with currency conversion, making a payment and the possibility of obtaining a loan for making calculations. International investment and production relations are fundamental for the transfer of capital between countries and their corporations. International scientific and technical relations are also served by financial institutions when royalties or lump sum payments are made. International labor migration is also carried out using international financial mechanisms, where expats remit a portion of their salary payment to their home country using transfers such as Western Union. Subjects of ICRVO are IER subjects, such as international financial organizations, currency regional unions, national currency systems, domestic regions and industries, enterprises such as TNCs, individuals. Conclusions were made regarding the activation of international credit and settlement and currency operations in corporate business and their formation in Ukraine.
