The article examines the integration of business management and project management tools into the activities of Ukrainian enterprises under martial law. The war in Ukraine has led to radical changes in the economic environment, requiring business entities to respond quickly to new challenges, including the destruction of logistics chains, loss of suppliers and consumers, shortage of labor resources, limited access to finance, the need to relocate production facilities, and increased risks of various kinds - from physical threats to personnel to cyberattacks. Under such conditions, classical management approaches are often ineffective, which necessitates the introduction of flexible, adaptive management models based on the synergy of strategic vision and project approach. The paper examines the essence and benefits of using an integrated management model that combines business management tools (strategic planning, crisis management, change management) and project management (managing scope, timing, resources, risks, stakeholders, and efficiency). It is substantiated that the combination of these tools allows Ukrainian enterprises not only to ensure the stability of current activities but also to implement complex transformation projects aimed at maintaining competitiveness, innovative development, and preparation for post-war economic recovery. A conceptual model for the integration of management tools is proposed, which includes five stages: analysis of the external and internal environment, strategic goal setting, formation of flexible organizational structures, implementation of project-based change management mechanisms, and continuous evaluation of the effectiveness of management decisions. The model is universal in nature and can be adapted to large companies as well as small and medium-sized businesses. It is noted that its implementation contributes to increasing the resilience of enterprises to external shocks, increasing economic efficiency and creating prerequisites for sustainable development in the context of military and post-war economic transformation.
