MODERN TRENDS COMMUNICATIONS IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

This article reveals the important topics of modern communication in public administration. Sampling analysis of scientific and practical publications of foreign communications allowed formulating the main directions of communication policy for Ukraine. Emphases were done on communication policies, communication strategies, action plans, coordination of communication policy, the government’s policy of external communication, public communication strategies. Global communication trends were distinguished in governance and ways and methods of their implementation. Blocks communication activities were founded. It focuses on different objectives, purposes and results. A scheme of modern communication activities was built in the public administration. The basic proposals were developed for the implementation of world experience communications in Ukraine.
