Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of a model of instrumental support for the transformation of human resource management processes in a multi-project environment. The use of the model will contribute to the transformation of resource management processes and the sustainable development of a project-oriented organization. The purpose of the study is to develop a model of instrumental support for the transformation of human resource management processes in a multi-project environment to increase the efficiency of management decision-making. The study uses the methodology of project-oriented resource management, donor-acceptor and stakeholder-oriented approaches to project management in a multi-project environment. The scientific novelty is the development of a model of instrumental support for the transformation of human resource management processes in a multi-project environment and recommendations for the application of the model. The structure of the instrumental support is determined and the features of the implementation of the specified modules are considered. It is envisaged to use artificial intelligence when creating a virtual team model in projects for transforming human resource management processes for modeling resource redistribution scenarios, analyzing the impact of changes, and ensuring resource interaction in a multi-project environment. Conclusions. An analysis of human resource management systems in projects and programs was conducted. The functionality was determined and a model of instrumental support for the transformation of human resource management processes in a multi-project environment was developed. The use of the proposed instrumental support will provide support for the transformation of human resource management processes, increasing the efficiency of human resource management, and resolving resource conflicts between elements of a multi-project environment.
