Abstract
Now emerging economic power. In 1318 companies account for 60% of total revenue. The core consists of 147 financial and investment institutions, which
control 40% of the global market. This global power сoecsitance with a hidden economy. Shadow Economy seeks to avoid detection and measurement. Some things, however, is known: in poor countries hidden economy is greater than in rich, Southern Europe has a larger black market than the North, it is also greater in countries that have numerous restrictions than in the more deregulated economies. Now the state is the symbol of the Interior etnolohem feature of essentially global relations. However, the guiding force remains political power. Archaically political and legal relations, values and institutions will never disappear completely. Over time, they become a social consciousness in the collective unconscious. Then is invisible, but actively influences on contemporary social and political activities.
