Editorial Policy
The fundamentals of the editorial policy are as follows:
- objectivity and impartiality when selecting the manuscripts for the publication;
- high requirements for the quality of research;
- a double “blind” peer-review (reviewers don’t know authors – the authors don’t know the reviewers);
- collective character in deciding on the manuscripts’ publication;
- accessibility and flexibility in the communication with authors;
- strict observance of the authors’ and related rights.
