POLICY OF REINTEGRATION OF THE POPULATION OF TEMPORARY OCCUPIED TERRITORIES (SECURITY CASE AND MECHANISMS OF COMBATING SMUGGLING IN THE FRONT-LINE TERRITORIES OF UKRAINE)

The authors researched that today in Ukraine, the state policy of reintegration of the population of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine should ensure effective coordination of the work of various departments and organizations in order to achieve a common goal. Communications is an important element of the state policy of reintegration of the population of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. It is emphasized that educational and informational activities can help the population to understand their rights and responsibilities of citizens related to taxes, health, education and other spheres of life. It was found that these activities can help to understand the history and culture of Ukraine, which are an important element of national self-determination. Information campaigns can help restore communication between the residents of the temporarily occupied territories and the rest of the country, as well as promote the development of public awareness and public activism. This can contribute to building an open and democratic society in Ukraine. It was determined that an effective communication policy is a key factor in the successful reintegration of the population of the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. It makes it possible to ensure an open and transparent process of implementation of state policy, to involve the population in this process, as well as to reduce social tensions and increase the level of trust in state institutions.
