History of the journal

The journal was founded in 2018 by Interregional Academy of Personnel Management and the Scientific Research Center for Forensic Expertise on Intellectual Property of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

Since November 2024, Interregional Academy of Personnel Management is the sole founder.

According to the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 1643, dated 28.12.2019 (Appendix 4), the journal is included in the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine (category “B”) in the following specialties: Law; International Law; Public Management and Administration.
