YOUTH POLICY AND MOBILITY OF UKRAINIAN YOUTH DURING THE WAR

Abstract

The article deals with the peculiarities of the functioning of youth organizations in Ukraine. The directions of activity of young people in wartime are emphasized. The specifics of continuation and partial resumption of grant projects are indicated. The article explains the reasons why volunteer organizations were able to work more quickly with external stakeholders to help the military. The reasons for the increase in the level of trust between youth organizations are shown. Aspects of resumption of youth work are considered. The indicators of migration of Ukrainian youth from February 24, 2022 (namely how many left and left their homes), return to Ukraine (in terms of gender and age), attitudes towards returning (including projected periods of return), and employment were analyzed. The causes and consequences of forced and voluntary migration are identified. Much attention is paid to the discussion of youth education, namely the completion of training in the current 2022 and the introductory campaign. Hence, the importance of additional professional training and possible retraining, through the use of the functionality of open online platforms, for employment in Ukraine and abroad. It is known that some Ukrainian youth organizations in the controlled territories are gradually resuming their activities, focusing more on security issues, while youth development programs and grant projects are being renewed. These aspects of the activities of relevant public authorities in wartime. It emphasizes the support and understanding of international partners. Special attention is focused on changing the values of young people. Periodicity and cases of communication in the state language have also increased. At the end of the article is a list of tips on the activities of youth organizations and youth in wartime.
